Program Description

TCDS Insurance Agency uses SMS text messaging to communicate with prospective and existing clients about insurance quotes, policies, claims, and account servicing. Messages are sent by licensed agents and authorized staff of TCDS Insurance Agency.

How You Opt In

You consent to receive SMS messages from TCDS Insurance Agency when you:

• Submit a quote request, contact form, or any other form on tcdsagency.com that includes a phone number
• Provide your mobile number to a TCDS agent during a phone call or in person
• Reply to a TCDS message with consent language (such as YES or START)

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may obtain insurance quotes or service from TCDS without opting in to SMS.

Types of Messages You May Receive

• Quote confirmations and follow-up messages from a licensed agent
• Policy reminders, renewals, and document delivery notifications
• Claims status updates and assistance
• Appointment confirmations and scheduling
• Account servicing and customer support replies

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your relationship with us and your account activity. Most recipients receive between 2 and 6 messages per month. Frequency may temporarily increase during active quote conversations, claims handling, or policy renewals.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages from TCDS Insurance Agency at any time by replying with any of the following keywords to any TCDS message:

• STOP
• END
• CANCEL
• UNSUBSCRIBE
• QUIT

After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS messages from us. To resume messages later, reply START or contact us at (205) 847-5616.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier apply to all SMS messages you send and receive. TCDS Insurance Agency does not charge a fee for SMS messages, but your wireless carrier may. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, and most regional and prepaid carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Mobile information collected as part of our SMS program is used only to deliver the messages described above. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
