TCDS Insurance Agency SMS Program — Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the TCDS Insurance Agency SMS Program (the "Program"). By opting in to receive text messages from TCDS Insurance Agency, you agree to these terms.
Program Description
TCDS Insurance Agency operates this SMS Program to communicate with clients and prospective clients regarding insurance-related matters. Message types sent through the Program include, but are not limited to: insurance quote follow-ups, policy status updates, payment and renewal reminders, coverage change confirmations, and general agent communications.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the nature of your relationship with TCDS Insurance Agency. You may receive up to four (4) messages per month. TCDS Insurance Agency reserves the right to modify message frequency with reasonable notice.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may cancel your participation in the Program at any time. To opt out, reply STOP to any text message you receive from the Program. After opting out, you will receive one (1) final confirmation message acknowledging your request. No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier plan. TCDS Insurance Agency is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier for sending or receiving text messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported Carriers
The Program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and other compatible carriers. Coverage and compatibility may vary.
Privacy and Data Use
TCDS Insurance Agency respects your privacy. Your mobile phone number and any information collected through the Program will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information collected through the Program is subject to the TCDS Insurance Agency Privacy Policy.
TCPA Compliance
TCDS Insurance Agency operates this Program in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and all applicable regulations promulgated thereunder, including FCC rules governing autodialed and manually dialed text messages sent to wireless numbers. By opting in to the Program, you represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you consent to receive text messages from TCDS Insurance Agency at that number.
Modifications
TCDS Insurance Agency reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Program at any time. Material changes to these Terms and Conditions will be communicated to active Program participants prior to taking effect.
