Does TCDS put my personal information in the NEXT referral link?
No. The current referral link contains TCDS affiliation values only. It does not append your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, or other shopper information. NEXT collects the application details it needs on its own secure site.
What if I want help from a local agent instead?
Choose Have TCDS Call or Text Me. Your saved request will go to the TCDS team so a local agent can help with the business, coverage, and market details.
Does opening the NEXT application mean my business is insured?
No. A referral click, application, or payment screen is not proof of coverage. Coverage begins only when the carrier confirms the effective date and provides policy or binder documents.
