Current TCDS clients can access policy documents, request certificates of insurance, view billing information, and submit service requests through the client portal. Log in using the button above or call (205) 847-5616 if you need your login credentials reset.
What You Can Do in the Portal
View your active policies and declarations pages, download proof-of-insurance cards, request policy changes (adding a vehicle, updating a lender, changing a coverage limit), and initiate certificate of insurance requests for landlords or lenders. Some carriers also offer direct payment portals — if you need to pay a bill directly with your carrier, TCDS can direct you to the right carrier portal for your specific policy.
Filing a Claim
For claims, you can reach out through the portal or call us directly at (205) 847-5616. We'll direct you to your carrier's claims team and can assist with documentation or dispute resolution if a claim is complex. After-hours claims can go directly to your carrier's 24/7 claims line — we'll provide that number when you onboard.
