We are seeking an experienced Senior Insurance Customer Service Representative to lead the client service experience at TCDS. It is ideal for someone with strong insurance knowledge, excellent client service skills, and the discipline to manage day-to-day service needs for new and existing clients with limited hand-holding. The right candidate is a true problem solver who can dig for answers, think through issues, and take ownership.
Assist clients with policy questions, coverage changes, billing inquiries, and claims questions. Process endorsements, renewals, certificates, evidence of insurance, cancellations, and reinstatements. Review accounts to improve coverage and retention. Communicate with carriers to resolve underwriting, billing, claims, and service issues. Mentor and support other team members.
Active Property and Casualty license required for Alabama, additional states a plus. Previous insurance customer service or agency experience, preferably in a senior or lead role. Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance. Excellent written and verbal communication. Comfortable with agency management systems and carrier websites. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
