Personal Lines Producer
Sales role, hybrid schedule based in the Birmingham, AL area with remote flexibility. Active Property and Casualty (P&C) license required.
We are looking for a driven Personal Lines Producer to help families across Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee find the right coverage at the right price. You will not be handed a phone book and told to dial. We invest in marketing that brings real prospects to you, give you access to more than 50 carriers, and back you with a service team that keeps clients happy after the sale.
What You Will Do
Respond quickly to warm leads from our marketing, referrals, and website quote requests. Shop coverage across 50-plus carriers to find the right fit for each client, not the highest commission. Quote, present, and close personal lines policies including auto, home, and umbrella. Build long-term relationships that turn into referrals and repeat business.
What We Are Looking For
Active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license. Sales-minded and self-motivated. Strong communicator who can explain coverage in plain language. Comfortable with CRM, quoting tools, email, and e-signature. Personal lines experience is a plus, but we will train the right closer.
